This summer Art Saving Life Foundation offers one summer job to secondary school, post-secondary school student or new graduate. The program aims to provide job experience in an exceptional work environment.
ABOUT ASLF
The Art Saving Life Foundation (ASLF) is a registered volunteer-based charitable organization, the mission of which is to assist in the recovery of breast cancer survivors by providing art therapy programs and seminars on achieving self-balance and funding qualified organizations to conduct research.
WHY INTERN AT ASLF

CHALLENGES TO BE MET
– Develop “Art and Nutrition Recipe” Book for cancer survivors
– Nutrition recipe research for cancer survivors
– Writing editor for recipe book
– Translate book content between English and French
– Follow up with printing preparation
– Publishing research
TO BE ELIGIBLE, Participant MUST
(a) is between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment
(b) is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
(c) is legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations. *International students are not eligible. Recent immigrants are eligible if they are Canadian Citizens or permanent residents.
DURATION
Beginning of June 15, 2020 for 16 weeks, 30 hours per week, 480 hours
LOCATION
L’ile-Bizard, QC
Can work from home remotely
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– Bilingual(French, English) ability to express and edit
– Nutritional or health medical background is an asset

SALARY
