Alpaca Farm · Meditation Yoga and Art Therapy Charity Event Successfully Held

On Saturday, September 13, under the warm autumn sunshine, the Art Saving Life Foundation successfully hosted a unique charity event at the Alpaca Farm—“Alpaca Interaction · Meditation Yoga and Art Therapy.”

The meditation and yoga sessions were led by senior instructor Anne, while the art therapy portion was guided by artist Janet and assistant Kayla. The event attracted many participants who share a love for nature, art, and holistic well-being.

A Day Full of Experiences

The program was rich and engaging. To begin, everyone sat together on the lawn, surrounded by blue skies, white clouds, and golden sunlight, following Anne’s guidance into deep relaxation through meditation and yoga practice. During the session, herds of alpacas wandered leisurely onto the field, interacting warmly with participants and creating a joyful, soothing atmosphere.

As breath and movement gradually flowed into harmony, participants reported feelings of inner peace and physical release. The integration of nature, animals, and yoga allowed people to momentarily forget the noise of city life and rediscover balance and vitality within themselves.

After a short tea break, participants once again interacted with the alpacas—offering carrots 🥕 while laughter and warmth spread across the pasture. Finally, everyone gathered in a circle, embraced by nature, and began their art creations, painting the colors of their inner worlds. Sunlight streamed through the leaves, casting gentle patterns onto sketchbooks and smiling faces, illuminating the scene with serenity and warmth.

This event not only provided community members with a rare opportunity to connect with nature and animals, but also, through the combination of art and healing, promoted a positive and healthy lifestyle.

Looking ahead, the Art Saving Life Foundation will continue to organize diverse public wellness programs, accompanying everyone on the journey toward balance and happiness.
