Art Saving Life Foundation 2025 Autumn Special Project
When the pace of the city runs too fast, we often forget the quiet that once lived in our hearts.
This autumn, the Art Saving Life Foundation invites you to step into the countryside, to rediscover nature, art, and yoga.
On the meadows of LES ALPAGAS DE LA PETITE CÔTE, gentle alpacas quietly chew the grass.
Their gaze is calm and clear, as if they can see through both your weariness and your joy.
When we reach out to feed or touch them, a long-lost serenity rises again within us.
This bond with animals awakens our most natural tenderness and curiosity, planting warm seeds for the meditation and creation to follow.
Guided by senior yoga educator Anne Archambault, we will set down our burdens and move with the rhythm of our breath. The yoga postures are simple, yet they serve as an inner invitation: to feel the strength of the body, and to allow the mind to soften.
As the wind passes through the treetops, and alpacas stroll nearby, our breath falls into harmony with nature. In that moment, body and soul return to their truest state.
Meditation yoga is not just movement—it is healing.
It helps us release the noise and anxiety of daily life, so that between stillness and motion, we can once again hear the voice of our inner self.
After yoga, guided by artist Janet Liu, we will pick up brushes and colors.
No skills required, no need for perfection. Simply let colors and emotions flow freely, placing today’s breath, sunshine, breeze, and feelings onto the paper.
Art wellness is a form of self-expression. It is not about painting something “beautiful,” but about painting something true. That single sheet of paper may become a mirror of your soul—a witness to the meeting of nature, body, and inner self.
To ensure each participant receives full care and attention, this event is offered in an intimate group of 8–10 people, especially for friends aged 50 and above. All course fees, materials, farm admission, and refreshments are fully sponsored by the foundation.
We hope this autumn gathering will be more than just a class—it will be a heartfelt gift.
A weaving together of nature’s quiet, yoga’s breath, art’s expression, and the alpaca’s gentle gaze,
so that each participant may, in a moment of stillness, rediscover their truest self.
This is a journey of the soul,
a gentle reminder that no matter how time flows,
the heart deserves a quiet meadow of its own—
to stretch the body, to let colors flow,
and to let life once more feel its pure joy and peace. 🌿✨
