This fall, the Art Saving Life Foundation is once again hosting Anne Archambault, a renowned Montreal educator and yoga instructor, who is offering us this fall’s “Yoga Meditations in Chairs,” a free public service course designed for adults 50+, scheduled for November 22nd and 29th 2024 from 2:45-3:30pm.

Anne Archambault is the inspiration and founder of The Rhythm of the Seasons. She is an educator with over 25 years of experience working with groups with diverse needs. She is an adjunct professor at Concordia University and has provided yoga and people development workshops for a variety of organizations including Bell Canada, the Canadian Armed Forces, non-profit and long term care facilities, private studios and more. She is a recognized educator with the Yoga Alliance. Combining her talents as a teacher, therapist and yogi, Anne’s practice offers customized classes as well as wellness workshops. She shares her experience, wisdom and knowledge with a light-hearted humor that accompanies you at your own pace.

Yoga can be used to strengthen the endocrine and immune systems by stimulating lymphatic flow while connecting with your body in a positive way, meditating to decompress and relax the mind, illuminating the sensory experience of the body, mind and soul, and finding balance in your life.

Bring your yoga mat to class, chairs are ready for you.
